We were relocating from NC. Because of the distance of the relocation there were a ton of details, Patrick helped all along the way going above and beyond. ......but the experience working with Pat was very different. He listened to what our needs and wants were concerning home purchase. He shared with us some thoughtful ways to assess those desires and prioritize them. He has a history here and thorough knowledge of the area. He is a very positive and kind human being.
